There were three pictures that made an impression on me and they all had to deal with how one views the world. The first one that caught my attention was from Barbara Kruger, titled UNTITLED. The piece focused on how women are so concerned with their image and how they interact with the society. The photography focuses on gender issues, power or self representation. The second piece that caught my attention was called Letters to an Army of Three. Andrea Bowers told a story through several different perspectives of the events one goes through when they consider aborting a pregnancy. I thought it was very interesting because it focused on societies conception of what is right or wrong when it comes to abortion.
